Arnold Schwarzenegger ALREADY paying hefty child suppot before the divorce!

Is this a new trend?  Paying child support before you get the divorce?  Well it seems embattled ex-governor Arnold Schwarzennegger is doing just that.  Sources say that Schwarzenegger is paying his soon to be ex-wife Maria Shriver a very nice sum of money.  Arnold is also paying for his sons, Patrick and Christopher's private school bills.


The couple has yet to take any financial agreement to court.  But before that, Schwarzenegger has willingly decided to take care of his childrens' financial needs.  Does this mean the battle for alimony will be a cut and dry case, with both parting ways amicably?  Probably not. 

Even though Maria is a Kennedy, and has inherited a great deal of money from her parents' estate since their deaths, she is taking the child support," sources say. "Under California law she is entitled to the child support, once either one of them files for divorce. Maria and Arnold's lawyers have been working on a divorce settlement but in the meantime Arnold is willingly paying the money to Maria.

Shriver is currently working with forensic accountants to garner an exact reading of her husband's vast net worth. We have no doubt that, although humiliated, Shriver will be walking away from her 25 year marriage as an even richer lady.


"Maria wants to get a fair divorce settlement, and move on with her life," the source explained. "She has already begun to do so. She and Arnold talk quite often, it would surprise people how gracious Maria is being about the entire situation. Maria doesn't want the kids to suffer because of stupid decisions their father made."

Mildred Baena the mistress to Arnold Schwarzenegger and the mother of his child finally breaks her silence about the elicit affair that spawned Arnold's lovechild!  Baena granted her 'one and only' interview to UK's 'Hello' Magazine.  In the interview she recounts how the shocking news first came to light when Maria Shriver noticed a striking resemblance of Baena's child to her husband.



Shriver was among many people who noticed the resemblance between young Joseph Baena and the then-governor of California, Baena told Hello! magazine about breaking her silence about the affair. "Maria would ask if I needed to talk to her, and I kept saying no. Finally, she asked point-blank, ... and I just broke down. I dropped to my knees, and I was crying, saying that, yes, he was and I was so sorry. She cried with me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other. I told her it wasn't Arnie's fault; it takes two. Since I was retiring soon, I said I would pack and leave right away, but she said to stay until after the holidays." Baena also said she never discussed the boy's parentage with Arnold.

Mildred Baena said that when she first told her now-13-year-old son that his real dad was none other than Schwarzenegger, his response was short and sweet: "Cool!"

Schwarzenegger has since taken responsibility, buying Baena and her son a house in Bakersfield and helping them financially.


After the scandal broke, Baena remained tight-lipped about their affair and went into hiding. But now that the truth is out, a contrite Baena has nothing but sympathy for Schwarzenegger.

"He's a good man and I know he's suffering too. He loves Maria. I hope with time they work things out," she said.
I don't really see any chance of the couple, 'working things out'.  Financially, Shriver stands to take millions from the ex-governor, but reconciliation seems highly unlikely.



According to TMZ, Mildred Baena did not receive any money for the exclusive interview.  Mildred's lawyer said, "Mildred was tired of people selling their lies to the media or claiming to speak for her when they do not ... She gave the interview in order to set the record straight once and for all."

Her lawyer adds, "All she wanted to do was put the lies and rumors to rest.  Really? No compensation at all?  I find that HARD to swallow.  I am sure there was something she got out of the deal, and it was not just to 'set the record straight'.

California’s Attorney General Launching Criminal Inquiry into Arnold Schwarzenegger!!

The troubles keep coming down the pipeline for Arnold Schwarzenegger.  The Californian Attorney General will conduct what’s being termed an “inquiry” into former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s alleged misuse of tax payer funds to cover up sexual liaisons.


 RadarOnline.com has learned the Office of the Attorney General, a branch of the Department of Justice, is conducting a preliminary evaluation into the scope of Schwarzenegger’s 'secret' life, which allegedly included using his state-funded security details to cover up women being escorted into his hotel room.
Veteran hotel security officer William Taylor said he witnessed the Schwarzenegger using California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers and vehicles to ferry scantily-clad women in-and-out of his suite at the Sacramento Hyatt Regency where he and wife Maria Shriver often stayed.

"On three differed occasions after the governor arrived alone at the Hyatt Regency, CHP Dignitary Protection Services arrived in their official vehicles, black Ford Crown Victoria sedans - about one to two hours later with one or two young females.
They'd hurriedly escort the women through the service entrance on the second floor parking garage to the elevator that went to the governor's private wing... the women would usually stay for two to four hours and either leave through the hotel's main entrance or be driven away by the CHP in the same official vehicles."
Eric Bauman, Vice Chair of the California Democratic Party and Chair of the Los Angeles Democratic Party, has demanded an official inquiry into the actor-turned-politician's finances to determine if he used state or campaign money to fund his extra-marital affairs.



Schwarzenegger has hired a public relations firm in the wake of the scandal. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the firm denies Taylor’s charges. The release also included statements from various CHP officials and one executive from the hotel in question.

The plot thickens, and we will see how Schwarzenegger's team will spin this new revelation.

Schwarzenegger's MISTRESS & Wife were PREGGERS at the same time in the SAME HOUSE!

Wow, this is like a really bad Lifetime movie.  More and more details are coming out about Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress Mildred Baena, and the love child that was spawned from this unusual union.  Sources are saying that Arnold and Mildred's love child was born on October 2, 1997 just five days after Schwarzenegger and Shriver welcomed their fourth child, Christopher Sargent Shriver Schwarzenegger into the world.
So get this, this means that both Shriver and Baena were sharing the same house and pregnant at the same time, by the same man!!!


This is just adding insult to injury.
In some circles this would make Arnold a 'gangster' for 'knocking' two women up almost at the same time and maintaining both families without your wife knowing.  But in the real world, this is utterly deplorable. I feel bad for the family.

You can not make this type of drama up.
Maria Shriver and Baena probably shared pregnancy stories, probably had morning sickness together and of course shared the same sperm.  I know that was tasteless, but you have to go for the gusto sometimes.  Not a good visual I am painting here, but it is what it is as the say?  Wow.
I am wondering what other details will come out tomorrow?  You know tmz.com will be on the case.  They are probably uncovering more info as we speak.

Terminator..........say it isn't so!

Photos are out of the woman who helped break up the Schwarzenegger-Shriver marriage are out – and her identity has some people scratching their heads.

The media had been holding her name from the public to protect the privacy of the child she had with the disgraced former California governor.

But two tabloids with lower journalistic standards – Radar Online and Star – had no such qualms and revealed the ‘homewrecker’ to be Schwarzenegger-Shriver housekeeper Mildred Baena.

ABC News and TMZ confirmed her identity.

The Schwarzenegger family called Baena “Patty” and employed her as a family assistant and maid for two decades.

Baena’s apparent threats to reveal details to the affair prompted Schwarzenegger to come clean and precipitated the end of his marriage to Maria Shriver.

Suffice it to say that Baena is not as traditionally good-looking as Shriver, nor is she as high powered.

On the surface, it will be difficult for observers to see what tempted Arnold Schwarzenegger to throw away his marriage for a fairly average domestic worker.

Schwarzenegger 'Love Child' broke the marriage.

Just recently, Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger announced their separation.  Now Schwarzenegger has yet another huge revelation to discuss.  The former California governor has now come forward and admitted to fathering a child with a former staffer.


According to the Los Angeles Times, Shriver moved out of the couple's shared Brentwood, Calif., home after Schwarzenegger learned he had a child with a member of their household staff over a decade ago.

"After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago," Schwarzenegger said Monday in a statement. "I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."

The statement continued, "I ask that the media respect my wife and children through this extremely difficult time. While I deserve your attention and criticism, my family does not."

It's interesting how pieces of the puzzle fall into place as the days go by.  I knew there had to be a reason for the abrupt separation.  And now we know that because of infidelity and this 'love child', the marriage had to end.

Maria Shriver 'humbled by the love'....Divorce is an Evil Hamster

Maria Shriver has spoken out publicly on her own for the first time since her separation from Arnold Schwarzenegger went public earlier this week.
"Thank you for all the kindness, support and compassion," Shriver said Friday on Twitter. "I am humbled by the love. Thank you."

Since word of the couple's split after 25 years of marriage went public Monday, many supportive remarks have been posted to Shriver's YouTube channel, in light of a video she'd posted March 28 in which she discussed being "in transition."

"It is so stressful to not know what you're doing next," Shriver said in the video, above. "I'd like to hear from other people in transition.... How did you get through it? What were three things that enabled you to get through your transition?"

Her husband acknowledged the split publicly Tuesday at a Skirball Cultural Center event celebrating Israeli Independence Day.

"I just talked to Maria an hour ago before I came here," Schwarzenegger said Tuesday, "and we both were saying the same thing, we are amazed and extremely blessed to be surrounded by so many wonderful people. We both love each other very much. We are very fortunate that we have four extraordinary children and we're taking one day at a time."

He's been relatively quiet since Wednesday, when the San Diego County district attorney's office announced it had filed a civil suit against the former governor, seeking to overturn his last-minute reduction of the voluntary-manslaughter prison sentence of the son of former Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez.

What the future holds for the couple, who've made it clear this is a separation and not yet a divorce, is uncertain.

"Everyone who's shocked by this is reacting to the fairy-tale picture that was promoted," a friend who has been a frequent visitor to the couple's Brentwood mansion told Los Angeles Times reporters early this week.
"I would have had to have been deaf, blind and incredibly stupid not to see that he was more than a handful," Shriver wrote in the introduction to her 2000 book, "10 Things I Wish I'd Known Before I Went Out Into the Real World."

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife of 25 years, Maria Shriver, announced Monday that they are separating.

The statement, issued by a spokesman for Schwarzenegger, said the two were working on the future of their relationship while living apart and they would continue to parent their four children together.

"This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us," the two said in a prepared statement. "After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion, and prayer, we came to this decision together."

Schwarzenegger, a Republican, finished his seven-year run as governor in January and has been traveling to deliver speeches and pursuing entertainment projects.

About a month before the couple's anniversary, Shriver wrote on her Facebook page that she was going through a transition in her life.

"As you know, transitions are not easy. I'd love to get your advice on how you've handled transitions in your own life," she said in a video posted on YouTube.

During Schwarzenegger's time as governor, Shriver and the couple's children never moved to Sacramento, preferring their secluded canyon estate a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. Schwarzenegger never settled in Sacramento, choosing instead to commute by private jet between his home and the state capitol.

This disconnect could be a root for the separation.
