Kelly Rowland joins Beyonce for the filming of 'Party'!!

The ladies of DESTINY seem to be inseparable these days--just like old times one would gather.  Beyonce showed her support at Kelly's 'Here I Am' album release last week.  Then earlier this week both ladies were out to support Jay-Z and Kanye's upcoming project, 'Watch the Throne' in NYC, and again the ladies are paling around on the set of Beyonce's latest visual, 'Party' which features the ubiquitous Andre' 3000 & Kanye West.  The ladies have indeed been busy promoting there albums.  Congrats to Kelly Rowland for debuting at #3 on Billboard, and also congrats to Beyonce's '4' for being certified Platinum!  Both ladies have a lot to smile about these days.  Check out some pics from the set:

Beyonce is also gearing up to shoot the video for 'Countdown' with director, Adria Petty.  Petty was also at the helm for the making of Beyonce's 'Sweet Dreams'. 

BEEF? What Beef? Kelly & Beyonce /Jay-Z & Kanye come TOGETHER in NYC!

The media would rather see people at odds with each other as opposed to in harmony.  In some instances, some outlets will try to conjure up a beef where none exists.  The media will perpetually compare Beyonce to Kelly and try to manufacture tension with Jay-Z & Kanye as if two pairs of great talents can't coexist together and both SHINE.  Well I guess the naysayers will be silenced for a little while at least.  Kelly and Beyonce , Kanye and Jay-Z all came together at one event! 

What parallel universe is this that made this happen?  Kelly and Beyonce were both in NYC this week promoting their albums 'Here I Am', and '4' respectively, when they reunited again.  This time they united to support Jay-Z & Kanye West at their 'Watch the Throne' listening party! This is too much starpower in one room! Wow~!

For some reason, I got left off of this list as well.  I am sure it was an oversight on  Mr.West and Mr. Carter's people,and I do forgive you this time and this time only. But take a look at some of the pics from this star-studded event!  Oh and Solange was there too.

With STELLAR releases from both Kelly & Beyonce and the anticipation of 'The Throne' project, the summer is shaping up quite nicely!

Beyonce does 'Jimmy Fallon' talks about Kelly Rowland & '4'!!!!

A slightly hoarse Beyonce, still on the promo trail for the #1 album '4', popped up on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' recently.  The International pop star performed her hit 'The Best thing I Never Had', and she also stuck around to dish with Jimmy about her year off, her travels to China and bandmate's Kelly Rowland's new cd 'Here I Am'.  Take a look.  Despite being a bit hoarse, Beyonce still gave a stellar performance!

Last night Kelly Rowland ended her busy promo day at her very own album release party held at The Standard Hotel in NYC.  Kelly was busy promoting her 3rd solo album, 'Here I Am', making stops at '106 & Park' with Terrence & Rocsi, then Planet Hollywood, then The Angie Martinez Show.  You must respect the energy and time Rowland put in on the promo trail.  And the 'party' didn't stop there.  Kelly then hosted her album release party and her fellow bandmates Beyonce and Michelle came out to support her.  There destiny maybe 'fulfilled' but the ladies reunited once again, if only for one night to show their love and support for their 'sister'.  A host of other celebs were on hand as well to celebrate Kelly's success!

Confirmed! Kelly Rowland & Chris Brown to tour together!!

Kelly Rowland's 'Here I Am' to dropped yesterday, and Chris Brown is set to take 'F.A.M.E.' on the road.  There has been some talk about Chris and Kelly possibly touring together!  Brown took to Twitter a few days ago and let out sparse details about his upcoming tour that lead some to think Rowland would be a tourmate.  No details are solid as of yet!  If Chris & Kelly toured together, would you go out and support it?

Kelly Rowland confirmed on The Angie Martinez Show that she is indeed going on the road with Chris Brown, and that the tour would take off in September.

 One of my favorite tracks is the Rico Love-assisted "All Of The Night."  Kelly coos sweetly in multiple-part harmony as she successfully seduces her man: "One on one, we're having some fun/In the bedroom all day and all of the night."  Rico Love replies with a very sexed-up verse of his own and asks one simple question: "I don't mean to impose but what the clothes for?/This is a bedroom and that's a closed door." I think I am going to use that line.  This song is already BUZZWORTHY on MTV.com!

Hmm, I think I smell crossover hit as well! This song is smoking hot, one of the most requested and played songs of the Summer so far, so congrats are in order for Kelly!

'Destiny' Dual? Kelly vs. Beyonce

Is there a 'Destiny's Child Dual?

Most likely not.  The two divas may always seem to come back out solo head to head, but if there is any competition, it is a sisterly, healthy type of competition.  The two have spoken on numerous occasions of how they support, love and respect each other's craft. There is room for both of the ladies on the scene at the same time. Right?

Music has been circulating around from Kelly.  Fans and critics alike are eagerly waiting to see what the follow-up single for the char-topping 'Motivation' will be.  There is no official second single as of yet.

And at press time, Beyonce's '4' leaked on the Internet a few days ago.  There was speculation that a secret emergency meeting was called to revamp the album due to the leak, or scrap it all together and start over.  These rumors have not be substantiated yet.  So as we wait to see what's next for the Ladies of 'Destiny'.  Let's take it back with some throwback jams from BOTH divas!
