Finally! It's a GIRL! The Beckhams welcome new baby!! UPDATE: the baby's name is......

LONDON (AP) -- A spokesman for David Beckham says the soccer star's wife Victoria has given birth to a healthy baby girl.

Simon Oliveira says that the couple are "delighted to announce the birth of their daughter," who was delivered Sunday morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and weighed in at 7lbs, 10oz.

The Beckhams, who married in 1999 and whose super stardom is entrenched on both sides of the Atlantic, already have three boys: Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5.

Finally, a girl to add to the growing family.  We wish the family much blessings on their new 'bundle of joy'!!

Authorities say David Beckham was behind the wheel of a car that rear-ended another vehicle on a Southern California freeway.

The California Highway Patrol said Beckham was not hurt in Friday morning’s crash, but the other car’s driver was hospitalized after complaining of neck pain.
The patrol says Beckham’s Cadillac struck a Mitsubishi stalled in the carpool lane of the 405 Freeway in Torrance.
The other driver, a 40-year-old Los Angeles man, was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure.
And if i were that motorist, I'd be 'claiming' all types of injuries, I mean symptoms in order to get thorough testing that is.  You never can be too cautious.  CHI-CHINNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG!!! I see $$$$$$ signs!!!! LOL
