At the bottom of the post was a button marked, "==VERIFY MY ACCOUNT=="
Unbeknownst to victims, clicking the button allowed a virus —now informally known as the "Nicole Santos Facebook Virus"— to access their Facebook accounts and redistribute itself and the message to other accounts.

Philip Vivian Thompson – Jailed for historic sexual offences
A man was jailed in June 2010 for 12 years at Inner London Crown Court for a string of historic sexual offences.
Philip Vivian Thompson, 71 years, of no fixed abode was convicted of eight counts of serious sexual assault and taking indecent images of children between 1977 and 1983. The victims were two boys aged between nine and 15 years at the time of the abuse. DC Stuart Hosking who investigated the abuse for the Met’s Paedophile Unit said: “The abuse that Thompson subjected these boys to has had devastating consequences, not just for his victims, but also for the families of the victims. ”The fact that these crimes were committed over 30 years ago is not a factor – this conviction sends out a clear message that police will take any allegations of abuse seriously, they will be thoroughly investigated and any perpetrators will be brought to justice. ”Thompson is an unrepentant paedophile who preyed on any vulnerable child that came in contact with him. He had a particular preference for young boys, but I have good reason to believe that he also abused young girls. There are undoubtedly other victims of Thompson’s who have not yet come forward. “I would urge anyone who has been sexually abused by Thompson, or anyone else, to make contact with the police where they will be treated with respect and their allegations will be taken seriously.” Thompson came into contact with his first victim after the child’s mother moved her family into the same street in Brixton, south London in 1974. Thompson befriended the family, earning the trust of the mother, before preying on her son – he was aged nine years when the abuse started in 1977. Thompson would take the youngster to his home and ply him with drink and drugs before abusing him. The abuse spanned a period of six years, during which time another boy – a school friend of the first victim, aged 13 at the time of the first offence – was also abused. The abuse went unreported for nearly 20 years until 2002 when the offences were brought to the attention of police by the first victim. Attempts were made to trace Thompson but it was discovered that he no longer lived in the UK. Eventually, he was traced to Thailand where, in 2003, he was arrested by the Thai authorities. Thompson was bailed while awaiting extradition to the UK, but during this time he fled the country, his destination believed to be Central America. Efforts to trace Thompson proved futile until, in November 2009, a man tried to enter the UK at HeathrowAirport following a flight from Mexico. That man was Thompson – he was arrested at HeathrowAirport and officers from the Paedophile Unit based informed. Officers interviewed Thompson and he was charged with multiple offences on 4 November 2009. He was found guilty on 28 April 2010 following a trial at Inner London Crown Court.

Police took photos, confiscated Crisco as evidence
Philip Vivian Thompson from Trehafod in the UK, who had just turned 62 on May 3 this year, was caught naked in bed with a 12-year-old boy. Thompson’s neighbours had reported to police that they suspected Thompson of sexually abusing minors, as they often saw young boys being brought to his house. Pattaya’s tourist police, led by Pol. Maj. Noradech Klomtuksing, staked out Thompson’s house, and on May 30 they observed an older Thai male delivering a young boy. As soon as reinforcements arrived, they raided the house. When police burst inside, officers immediately started photographing the activities as evidence. At the time, Thompson was allegedly sodomizing the young boy. Thompson allegedly then began running in circles, looking for a place to hide. The boy later told police how he was persuaded by an older Thai male to go see the foreigner, and he was told to do as the foreigner instructed. He said the man told him the foreigner would pay him well afterwards. The boy said the foreigner told him to shower and then instructed him to the bed where the foreigner began applying the greasy substance. The boy said he didn’t resist because he feared the large man and was unsure what to expect. Thompson was charged with sexually molesting a minor under the age of 15. The photos and the can of Crisco were recorded as evidence, along with the statements from the 12-year old boy. Thompson was later transferred to the Banglamung police station for further disposition. Barry Kenyon, local correspondent for the British Embassy, told Pattaya Mail, “Lawyers acting for Mr Thompson obtained bail for him at Banglamung police station last Thursday (May 31). The matter is now in the hands of the public prosecutor.”

A man accused of being a peeping Tom while out walking his dog has been given a community order and a five-year restraining order.

Michael Smart appeared at Reading Crown Court on Wednesday, March 10, to be sentenced for harassment after admitting the charge on day four of a trial originally for voyeurism in January.
At an earlir hearing the court had heard the 40-year-old was caught by the victim’s husband on their CCTV system. He had left track marks in the snow while sneaking up to the ground floor window to watch the woman making her breakfast and applying her make-up – which she did naked.
He originally faced trial after denying one charge of voyeurism between February 1 and 7, last year, but on day four of the trial he admitted a charge of harassment and the jury were directed to return a not guilty verdict on the voyeurism charge.
At his sentencing, in a victim statement read to the court, the woman said it had been a very distressing incident and it had concerned her he approached the house in Thatcham when he knew her husband was not there.
She said: “I felt vulnerable and scared and keep thinking back to when he was staking out our house.”
Alistair Grainger, defending, said the offence deserved a degree of sympathy because of the embarrassing publicity printed in the tabloid newspapers and suggested he should not have to pay compensation to his victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, because they were richer than him.
Mr Grainger added the defendant was particularly sorry for the incident and hugely embarrassed and the case had almost caused him and his wife to split, although they were stronger for it now.
He said: “He has also suffered knock-on effects on his self-confidence and tells me he will never be walking down that street again. He cannot go out without people looking at him and he feels apprehensive and nervous, and perhaps even scared, to leave the house. He describes it as a year of hell for him.”
Sentencing, Judge Nicholas Wood said the wealth of his victim was irrelevant and that he would also serve a 12-month community order with a 100-hour unpaid work requirement.
Smart, of Westfield Crescent in Thatcham, was also ordered to pay £150 costs.

“Banyak bener..gak ada kalau segitu sih” “Mbak jangan bohong, kalau bohong nanti mbak jadi miskin lho, mbak khan orang kaya, liat aja tokonya gede gini “dia bilang.
“Saya cuma karyawan disini, bukan pemilik. Kamu kenapa gak pake baju..? kalau mau minta-minta yang sopan jangan begini, saya kasih baju ya..biar orang mau nyumbang uang banyak sama kamu..” Tiba-tiba nada suaranya agak tinggi “…Enggak saya enggak mau pake baju!! saya dibohongin orang terus,katanya kalo udah pake baju mau dikasih uang gak taunya bohong…”,
“Kalau saya betul kasih uang, kamu mau pakai baju khan..?” saya bujuk dia seperti saya sedang membujuk keponakan saya yang berumur 5 tahun.”Saya mau pake baju kalau dikasih uang 50.000,-”. Kesepakatan terjadi, saya tunjukkan uang selembar 50.000an, uang saya masukkan lagi ke saku jeans saya. Saya ambilkan sarung plus kaus,saya pakaikan ke tubuhnya persis seperti saya habis memandikan anak saya waktu kecil. saya tanya juga apakah dia hamil, karena perutnya besar, dia bilang bukan, dia mengaku belum menikah.Selesai berpakaian, saya bilang..”Sekarang kamu sudah pake baju, ini uangnya sesuai perjanjian kita khan. Sekarang kamu janji enggak telanjang lagi karena nggak sopan, tapi kamu janji bukan sama saya, janjinya samaTuhanmu..” dia potong kalimat saya dengan ucapan” Allah bukan Tuhan..”, “Okey okey, Allah..” Dia angkat 2 tangannya berkomat-kamit, lalu mengusap wajahnya.”Kamu sudah bersumpah janji tidak telanjang lagi sama Allah ya..kalo bohong bagaimana?” Cepat dia menjawab : “Saya dan kuburan saya akan kebakar kalau saya mati…!!!”, “Okey, itu janji kamu ya…bukan sama saya, sekarang kamu boleh pergi”, “terima kasih ya mbak…”dia pamit.
Persis seminggu kemudian, saya dikagetkan banyak orang, memberitahu…”Bu bu…orang yang telanjang kemaren lewat lagi tuuhhh…sekarang telanjang lagi…!!”, saya keluar dari ruang kerja,saya ambil kamera, digonceng motor saya susul perempuan itu, jepretan pertama saya membuat dia menghampiri saya. Minta uang. “Kamu lupa sama saya…?” tiba-2 airmukanya berubah, sekian detik itu dia kenali saya, tapi tiba-2 dia “acting” lupa.Saya jeprat jepret saja di depan dia, ada gerakan menghindari saya.”Kamu sudah janji sama Allah kamu gak mau telanjang lagi, tapi kenapa begini?” “Gak gak mau pake baju panas…!! Mau di potret ya?. ” Ya..kamu saya potret, kamu saya masukin TV, koran, biar semua tau kalo kamu tukang bohong..dan ketika mati nanti kamu akan terbakar di kuburanmu..” dia melengos pergi, sayapun demikian.
Berikutnya, Sang Telanjang ini jadi bahan diskusi kami di rumah. Dugaan-dugaan yang muncul :
> Ini modus baru minta-minta, orang itu “menelanjangi” diri demi mencari uang.
Membuang malu untuk uang. Salah satu teman kami bilang, dia “nge-drug” (terlihat dari matanya) biar “berani”. Bukan gila.
> Dia gila. Tentu dengan sebab musababnya.
> Dia orang jujur.Berani dengan telanjang meminta uang untuk menyambung hidup,
Tanpa perlu berpakaian mentereng layaknya seorang “Priyayi” tapi pekerjaannya “ngembat” uang rakyat.
> Perempuan adalah tiang negara. Apakah ini perlambangan bahwa negara ini sudah “rusak” karena tiangnya saja sudah demikian rusak karena tidak lagi punya malu?
> Apakah kita semua akhirnya juga mesti “telanjang” juga agar bisa benar-benar bersih seperti syair Ebiet ?

Mungkin anda akan kaget melihat banci didepan anda dan reflek untuk berputar balik demi menghindar, langkah ini salah. Banci akan tahu jika anda menghindar dan ia akan segera mengejar anda. Ingat, daya kecepatan lari banci adalah dua kali lipat dari manusia biasa, karena dia mempunya dua perwujudan makhluk cewek dan cowok maka wajar tenaganya dobel. Lebih baik anda terus melangkah dengan kecepatan rendah dan jangan menatap matanya...
2. kesenggol banci
Bila anda tidak sengaja (mungkin juga sengaja) menyenggol banci, jangan pernah meminta maaf, buatlah dia kesal terhadap keangkuhan anda, pasang tampang cool dan berlalu dari hadapannya. Bila anda nekat meminta maaf kepadanya niscaya dia akan mencap anda sang pahlawan dan pahlawan butuh ciuman hangat dari sang pujaan. Apa anda mau dicium banci ?, sampai anda bau tanah pun rasanya tidak akan hilang...

(AP) BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Witnesses say they saw a woman throw herself from the 23rd story of a Buenos Aires hotel Monday and survive.
The woman landed in a sitting position on the roof of a taxi whose driver got out just before the impact deeply dented his roof and shattered the windshield.

Tree Man who grew 'roots' offered hope of new life by doctor

An Indonesian fisherman who is "half man half tree" has been offered new hope of recovery by an American doctor - and Vitamin A. 32-year-old Dede, who lives in a remote village in Indonesia with his two children, feared that he would be killed by the tree-like growths that cover his body. Known locally as 'Tree Man' his condition has baffled local doctors for 20 years. He has root like structures growing out of his body - branches that can grow up to 5cm a year and which protrude from his hands and feet, and welts covering his whole body. In an attempt to earn a living to support his family, he is part of a circus troupe, displaying his Tree Man limbs along with others afflicted with skin deformities in 'freak' shows. The former fisherman was the subject of a documentary "Half Man Half Tree", part of the "My Shocking Story" series on Discovery Channel TV. Dede's story began when wart-like "roots" started growing out of his arms and feet after he cut his knee in a teenage accident. The medical world was completely baffled. The welts spread rapidly across his body and soon he was not able to carry out ordinary household tasks. Dede was sacked from his job and deserted by his wife. He has been raising two children, now in their late teens, in poverty. He is resigned to the fact that local doctors have no cure for his condition. To try to support his family he even joined a local "freak show", parading in front of a paying audience along with victims of other peculiar diseases. While he has the support of his extended family, he has frequently been a target of ridicule and abuse in rural fishing village where he lives.. But now new hope has emerged for Dede after an American dermatology expert flew out to his home village south of the capital Jakarta. Dr. Anthony Gaspari of the University of Maryland claims to have identified Dede's condition, and has proposed a treatment that could completely change his life.. Following the testing of samples of the lesions and Dede's blood, Dr. Gaspari says his condition is caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). This is a fairly common infection that usually causes small warts to develop on sufferers. Dede's problem is that he has a rare genetic fault that impedes his immune system. This means his body is unable to contain the warts. According to Dr. Gaspari, the virus was able to "hijack the cellular machinery of his skin cells", instructing them to produce huge amounts of the substance that caused the tree-like growths known as "cutaneous horns" on both his hands and feet.. The doctor became involved in the case through the Discovery Channel documentary, and he is convinced that Dede's condition can be largely cleared up by a daily doses of a synthetic form of Vitamin A, which has been demonstrated to stop the growth of warts in severe cases of HPV. Chinese Woman Takes off Pants to Hit Cops ..
A WOMAN, who attacked a police officer in China with her pants, has been sentenced to eight months in prison.
In a video uploaded onto the Internet, she is seen naked waist down and using her pants, which she took off, to whip policemen and a police car.

The woman, whose surname is Chu, created a scene in Nanjing at noon on August 3 when police officers tried to bring her back to the police station.
According to website China Smack, Chu had accidently hit a man while trying to run a red light at the Zhongyang North Road overpass.
She said that "he wanted compensation, I would only agree to paying him 2 RMB (S$0.39), so he called the police."
Fearing her electric tricycle would be impounded, Chu took off her pants and started attacking the police officers by whipping them with it.
She also started shoving the officers.
One of the police officers, who backfaced her as she was naked waist down, lost consciousness after being hit by Chu and was rushed to the hospital.
He is reportedly suffering from a superficial injury to his head and a concussion.
Chu did not realise she had gotten herself in serious trouble only until she was arrested.
"At the time, I was naked from the waist down, and a lot of people were looking on.
"The cop was a guy, and didn't dare face me. I used this kind of method to threaten the traffic officer, so he wouldn't be able to do his job."
She survived by picking up grabage and panhandling around a train station.
Chu met a 70-year-old elderly Nanjing man, who rented a place with her. Seeing she had nothing to do, the man bought her an electric tricycle.
She then operated as an illegal pedicab near the station everyday to earn some income.
Chu burst into tears in her detention room while speaking to a reporter after her trial, repeatedly saying that she was very sorry for what she did to the officer.
"I didn't mean to knock him out. Hitting him was just to get him to leave, I didn't think he would pass out, I'm sorry!" said Chu.
