New green kettlebell!

I'm working with a new trainer who is helping me on core and endurance. He actually gave me homework and a first workout that was tough. I was sore, in a good way, afterward. Part of the homework involves 2 10-pound kettlebells and basically holding them in front of me while lunging to the side, something I'd feel silly doing in public, so I got 2 of these to use at home!
