Boreddddddddddd again! My eyes are kinda tired, its about to close anytime. This morning, lazed arnd in the living room, watched Premonition, its quite confusing. In the evening, I headed down to cousins' place for dinner. Oh boy, I managed to see that 3 lovely cousins of mine, sarah, claire & faith. I miss them so much. Not forgetting, joseph & baby michelle (: Had a great time with them. Dad fetched me home in the night.
So dad asked me about work. I told him there was this guy whom I came across. Meiyu was helping me out at that time. I actually told the customer that we were busy & pls proceed to another counter. Meiyu heard what I said but currently that damn ass idiot didn't hear it. He became so angry, he threw his credit card at us. I purposely told Meiyu loudly, "aye, I told him to go to another counter right, deaf." & my supervisor kept apologising to him, the moment I saw that, I thought to myself, why suck up to this kind of customer. A senior lady once told me that working in the sales line, we have to tolerate & that customers are always right. Well, in today's context I don't agree that customers are always right & daddy agrees with me too (:
