Of course not. Since coming into office, Obama promised a lot of spending would create 3.5 million NEW jobs by 2010. It's now getting late in 2011 and 3 million jobs have been LOST instead, and unemployment is at 9.2% having been around that level for more than 2 years now. Obama had time to spend lots of money that we didn't have and ram through ObamaCare and the Frank-Dodd monstrosity both of which will cost us even more (both money and jobs).
