As usual, Obama is leading from behind. Like everything that has taken place during his 2 1/2 years in office, he waits for someone to do something, and then takes credit for it. Rubio rightly calls him on the carpet when questioned by Bob Schieffer (note the tone Schieffer takes right from the outset):

Obama has no specific plan at all, as usual. Welcome to the Obama malaise:

"He doesn’t know how to make those cuts. He’s never had to do this before. He’s always just been one to spend other people’s money even if that money is just borrowed money or printed out of thin air. He’s never had to exercise real executive authority like that."
