Tips Decrease the Fat Belly

Everyone wants to have a six pack stomach, flat, and tight like those of most sportsman who often do fitness.  Actually how to shrink the stomach do not bother really, but it needs a strong intention and exercise regular and diet and keep eating.
Abdominal fat and bloated in fact caused by layer of fat covering it.  So you must set diet by avoiding fatty foods such as: organ meats, fried, and
reducing salt and sugar.  Diet is not a way down the belly but maintaining
diet for your stomach is not getting fat.  How to shrink the stomach
The most effective is to do exercise regularly to burn fat.

For sports shrink the stomach of the simplest is aerobic, and the most common and much preferred the treadmill, both are proven effective exercise to burn fat in the abdomen.  What about sit up?  you need to know, if you think by doing sit-up exercise routine that aims to shrink the bloated stomach then it is not appropriate.  The fact is exercise sit up to tighten the muscles in the abdomen and not burn belly fat.
